We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing small-part assembly tasks, following established procedures, and supporting the smooth running of our manufacturing operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys practical work and takes pride in high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components according to manufacturing orders and instructions from the Operations Manager or Operations Lead.

  • Follow all testing and assembly procedures accurately.

  • Communicate issues or improvement ideas to leadership.

  • Follow all management directives and requests.

  • Operate manual material-handling equipment as required.

  • Operate powered material-handling equipment if needed.

  • Attend relevant training and workshops.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About You (Qualifications & Experience)

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions in English.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Ability to interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing.

  • Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 lbs.

  • Good close-vision ability and hand dexterity for small-part assembly.
