Must be committed to results and maintaining a clean work area, work in a team environment, take direction and demonstrate continuous improvement.
Must be able to follow directions from their leadman and supervisor and communicate immediately when an issue or question arises.
G.E.D. or Equivalent
AND
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an aircraft assembler or experience in manufacturing, or in a similar industry that demonstrates the following skillsets:
1. Drilling close tolerance holes and installation of manufacturing hardware
2. Use of power tools (pneumatic and electric, including drills, rivet guns, torquing wrenches, etc.).
3. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
OR
Successfully complete approved Bombardier initial training program
AND
Successfully pass an entrance assessment demonstrating basic technical skills (applicable to all the above prerequisites)
