What You Will Do:

  • Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation

  • Effectivelycommunicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy

  • Assemble components accurately, thoroughly,and quickly to approved specifications

  • Verifyconnectionsfor quality control andensure they matchspecificationsand record discrepancies in assembly log

  • Understandand ensurecommitment to thesafety guidelineswithin the manufacturing floor andassemblystations

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired

  • 3 months manufacturing experience requiredwithsix months assembly experience preferred.

  • Basic math and communication skills

  • Experience performingquality inspections/Total Quality Checks

  • In addition, you ideallyhaveexperience with power and hand tools,but if not, we will happily provide the training and support you need to be successful!
