What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures
- Install wiring, subassemblies, and components using hand and power tools
- Measure, cut, strip, and pin data cables to specification
- Inspect products for quality and functionality
- Build specialty wooden shipping crates to third-party specifications
- Pack and prepare finished products for shipment
- Rotate between workstations to support production flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow ISO 9001 quality standards and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics preferred
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, or soldering equipment a plus
- Experience building wooden crates preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Intermediate math and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Work in varying temperatures and sound levels
- Frequent use of hands and tools for precision work
Good Faith
Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $19 to $23 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
