Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Assembler to join our Bayswater team. If you take pride in doing things right the first time and enjoy working with a strong crew that values quality and efficiency, this role is for you.

This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 5:00PM.

As a Vehicle Assembler, you’ll be responsible for reassembling repaired vehicles to ensure they’re safe, operable and ready for the next stage of the process. Your work plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the role:

  • Quality‑check vehicles upon receipt to ensure all prior work is complete
  • Reassemble vehicles following documented procedures and company standards
  • Test and assess vehicle operability and safety
  • Maintain a clean and compliant workspace (WHS & QA standards)
  • Communicate effectively with Production, Estimators and Customer Relations
  • Move vehicles as required by the PCM
  • Respect customer vehicles, company equipment and security guidelines
  • Support a positive team environment and uphold uniform standards
