Assemble and install material kits per customer specifications using approved prints and instructions.
Use standard hand tools, equipment, and machines to perform assembly tasks.
Accurately measure components and assemblies during production.
Report safety, quality, or manufacturing concerns to a supervisor promptly.
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Keep work area clean and follow all safety practices.
Perform additional duties as assigned within physical job limitations.
Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand, bend, squat, and twist throughout the shift.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and ability to do repetitive work using hand tools.
