We are seeking an experienced Assembler to support on‑site manufacturing operations in Tualatin through advanced assembly work. This role combines technical expertise with coordination and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The Assembler will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned.
Build company products safely, accurately and efficiently using all machines and materials
Plan, lay out and perform most complex assembly operations
Lead and train a work group by coordinating, delegating and auditing activities
Monitor progress, relay concerns and status reports to supervisor
Ensure that safety and housekeeping policies and procedures are maintained
May determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur
May provide direction to others within the department
Work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to use specialized equipment, read difficult instructions and maintain clear and concise written records
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent MS Word, Excel and MRP skills
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Education, Certifications and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Vocational or technical training or equivalent required
A.A. Degree or equivalent preferred
4-6+ years production or related work experience required
