THE ROLETheAssemblerwill beresponsible forabeing amember of the Manufacturing teamin DuBois, PA.In this role, the incumbent will alsodemonstrate the ability to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment, while ensuring that operational initiatives are met. Weoffera fullbenefits package to include 160 HOURSPaidTimeOff(PTO)for hourly positions,health,dental, vision,investment savings plan,andotheradditional miscellaneousbenefits. Xylem will provide paid training for CDL upgrades(if applicable)

Available Shifts:

Rotating Day Shift

Hours: 6am - 6pm

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Rotating Night Shift

Hours: 6pm - 6am

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

CORE RESPONSIBILITIESToperform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Assemble and test meters andregulators.
  • Perform as a member of the team to support On-Time-Delivery of jobs throughshop.
  • Perform a wide variety of electronic or mechanical assemblyoperations.
  • Follow the work instructions and sequence ofoperations.
  • Worksafely.
  • Keep work and surrounding areas clean andorderly.
  • Maintain and operate tools,equipment,and machinery in accordance with EH&S and shoppolicies.
  • Work well with others in a teamenvironment.
  • Participate as needed in 5S projects and safetymeetings.
  • Assist in performing inventory counts asdirected.
  • Perform all other tasks, asdirected.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years of age orolder.
  • Highly Preferred high school education or GED

DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role, the working environment isa manufacturingenvironment,and the physical demands may include but not limited toLifting (5-35 lbs.) manufacturing environment, regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend and move about the facility, regularly required to listen, talk to, and see employeeson a daily basis

The estimated pay range for this position is $17-21.50. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
