Responsibilities:

To provide structured exposure and hands-on learning opportunities to high-potential graduates, enabling them to build core professional skills and experience, and develop readiness for future roles within the institution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the implementation and coordination of the HR Buddy Project to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Coordinate buddy assignments, onboarding activities, and stakeholder communication.
  • Gather feedback and recommend improvements to strengthen onboarding and employee engagement.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels and talent networks.
  • Maintain candidate databases, support talent mapping, and prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings, and track project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and support other HR and organizational development initiatives as assigned.

Note: All FLP trainees are expected to undertake both operational and routine responsibilities within their assigned departments, in addition to contributing to project-based assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline (or currently in the final year of study).
  • 0-1 years of experience in related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
