Our program which usually starts in January or July (with some flexibility), provides rotational assignments in finance roles combined with formal classroom training in finance, accounting, business, and leadership development. Italy: The fixed pay for this position will be EUR 40 000 gross annually. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
