Job: ACOR-Aspire Coordinator - Corporate (Operations)
We are seeking someone who is highly organized to help with training, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the Aspire software platform across our landscaping operations. As the Aspire Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the company's Aspire business management platform to drive operational efficiency, data accuracy, and process consistency across the organization. This role serves as a liaison between business users and system functionality, ensuring that Aspire is configured to support estimating, sales, operations, scheduling, purchasing, production, billing, and reporting processes. The Aspire Coordinator works closely with department leaders to identify system improvement opportunities, train users, enhance data integrity, and maximize the value of the company's technology investments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about leveraging technology to support business performance.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a company Aspire administrator and subject matter expert.
• Assist in the overall strategy, governance, and optimization of the Aspire platform across all business units.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Aspire workflows, configurations, permissions, and system standards.
• Partner with operations, sales, estimating, finance, and executive leadership to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Drive company-wide adoption of Aspire best practices to promote consistency and operational efficiency.
• Manage system data integrity through audits, validations, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards, operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements.
• Manage user onboarding, training programs, and ongoing support for Aspire users.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementation of new features, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with software vendors and third-party technology providers to support integrations and issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Support budgeting, job costing, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, production management, and billing processes within Aspire.
• Assist with cross-functional projects related to process improvement, data management, and business intelligence.
• Mentor and provide guidance to departmental power users.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Aspire or a similar ERP, CRM, or operational management platform.
• Strong understanding of landscaping, construction, field services, or related operational environments.
• Demonstrated experience administering enterprise business systems and supporting multiple departments.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and implement scalable system solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Direct experience administering and optimizing Aspire Landscaping Software in a multi-branch organization.
• Experience supporting landscape maintenance, enhancement, irrigation, tree care, and landscape construction operations.
• Experience with system integrations involving accounting, payroll, CRM, fleet, or workforce management systems.
• Knowledge of job costing, budgeting, forecasting, estimating, and operational performance management.
• Experience leading software implementations, upgrades, and organizational change management initiatives.
• Demonstrated success driving user adoption and process standardization across diverse teams.
• Experience managing or leading business systems, technology, or operational support teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance, system controls, and operational best practices.
• Professional certifications in project management, business systems, data analytics, or related disciplines.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
