About the program

Our Aspire Retail Management Program offers you a unique opportunity to discover luxury retail with a first-class luxury Maison. During this two-year accelerated Retail Management program, you will see everyfacetof the Cartier luxury retailexperience. Year one of theprogramfocuses on all aspects of our boutiquesales andoperations In year two, the focus is on the development of your boutique management skills. With rotations in the boutique andmissions with other business areas of the Maison,you will enjoy a unique start towards your retail management career.

Who we look for

The program is for the entrepreneurial and agile,the open-minded and curious, and those wholead withemotional intelligence. You appreciate being part of a team from diverse international,educationaland professional backgroundsDuring the two years of theprogram,you will stay in the samemarket Upon completion, youareopen toaregionalplacement. You are fluent in English andMandarin, you haveat leastfive years’experience in either e-commerce, digital, marketing, product development,sales, or client services
