  • Lead ASPICE implementation and deployment across 5 projects
  • Provide strong coordination, structure, and methodological guidance
  • Ensure alignment between project teams and ASPICE process requirements
  • Support project stakeholders in achieving compliance and quality objectives
  • Take a hands-on role in execution when necessary
  • During the first weeks:
    • Focus on onboarding
    • Define scope and key deliverables
    • Establish a clear implementation roadmap

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with ASPICE implementation in automotive projects
  • Strong project management and coordination background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Croatian language skills are an advantage, but not required
