职位描述
工作职责 注：该职位属于软件质量部，入职后给软件质量工程师岗位，其工作50%以上为配置管理工作，其余为软件质量常规检查&报告准备： 1.负责制定软件项目的配置管理计划，并作为过程域owner落实并执行ASPICE配置管理工作，并推动项目组成员按照配置管理要求执行 2.具备较强的问题发现和推动解决能力：负责维护、更新项目的配置项清单并出具配置项状态报告，进行配置项检查，并推动问题整改 3.负责对项目的权限进行维护与更新 4.负责制定并维护项目的管理系统的工作流 5.负责实施基线管理并出具基线状态报告，并推动问题整改 6.英语workable，能够与海外同事进行日常的沟通与工作 7.负责软件质量部门日常工作，包含软件质量日常检查、报告制作，如BUG管理数据统计&周报制作、TASK管理数据统计、软件发布计划检查检查&检查报告、软件发布评审等 8.具备以下经验为加分项，包括： a.对质量保证活动有一定的经验(包括制定质量保证计划、过程裁剪/模板制定、审计、不符合项跟踪等) b.质量流程优化经验：评估现有软件质量流程，识别潜在改进点，推动流程优化。参与ASPICE要求的建设、落实与维护，确保流程符合行业标准与规范。 c.质量监控与分析经验：监控项目各阶段质量状况，收集分析质量数据，生成质量报告，为管理层决策提供依据。参与质量问题根本原因分析&预防措施定义，以防止问题重现。 d.作为项目组成员，推动ASPICE Level2的达成的经验 e.熟悉Codebeamer、Git等工具经验
职位要求
任职资格 1.汽车行业工作经验ASPICE配置管理工作经验，2年以上经验 2.本科及以上学历 3.英文六级&workable 4.较强的沟通和推动能力，较强的责任心，认真细致，能及时检查&发现问题，推动项目组成员落实配置管理要求&质量保证要求
