Heidelberg Materials is looking for an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team. Whether you already have experience operating industrial plant equipment or are looking to develop new skills, we can provide the training and support needed to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in producing high-quality asphalt materials while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
As an Asphalt Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our asphalt production facility. You will monitor production processes, carry out inspections and maintenance activities, operate mobile plant equipment, and ensure products meet company quality standards.
You will also work closely with our order office, production teams, and site management to ensure customer requirements are met and operations run smoothly.
We are looking for someone who is:
Previous experience working within manufacturing, construction materials, quarrying, production, engineering, plant operations, logistics, warehousing, or heavy industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
