Major Duties:
• Supervise data processing, goods receipt/issue and loading groups
• Effectively implement ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S and safety mgmt. in the organization
• Set up team target, monitor and continuously improve team performance
• Positively communicate between management, related departments and own team. Develop solid work force which enjoys high degree of job satisfaction while maintaining a high performance level
• Plan for best storage space utilization
• Continuously optimize workflow, digitalization and automation of storage and material flow,increase data and material handling productivity
• Organize company annual inventory counting and regular ASP warehouse inventory counting
• Feedback division about slow moving items monthly
• Weekly/monthly/annual report to Mfg. Mgr.
• Provide support regarding warehouse/inventory management to Mfg. Mgr.
• Book-keeping finished product package, packing material purchasing request
• Other job the superior assigned
Competences:
• Mechanical engineering or mechatronics or warehousing logistics
• 5 years of similar position or function in mechanical industry
• Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
• Knowledge of warehouse automation
• Familiar with ERP WMS and SAP WM
• Familiar with warehouse management
• English reading
• Microsoft office, SAP, WMS
• Good at data analysis
• Teamwork and leadership skill
• Communication skill
