Job Description

ASP Operations ManagerFrankfurtResponsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ASP (Authorized Servicce Partner) network across the EMEA region;
- Monitor ASP service performance, process execution, and issue resoluttion to ensure stable and consistent service delivery;
- Act as a key coordination and execution owner between HQ strategiesand regional implementation;
- Identify service risks and operational bottlenecks based on ticket data,service metrics, and partner feedback, and drive improvement initiatives;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Support, Quality, Logisticand Sales teams to enhance the overall service experience;
- Share key service insights and operational updates with Sales tosupport customer communication and business development.QualificationsLanguages
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- German or other European languages are a plus
Experience & Industry Background
- 3-6 years of experience in after-sales service operations, service partner management, or ASP-related roles
- Solid understanding of B2B after-sales service scenarios, including service operations, repair, technical support, and partner/ASP management
- Industry background in hardware, equipment, or durable consumer products is preferred (e.g. 3D printing, industrial equipment, automation, consumer electronics, mechanical or mechatronic products)

- Strong process and project management mindset, capable of supporting multi-country and multi-service-mode operations
- Data-driven and analytical, able to identify issues and drive improvements through service and operational data
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day operations of service partners at the regional level, including process execution, issue escalation, and cross-functional coordination Apply
