
Drives customer satisfaction and operational excellence for the third-party segment by leading strategic, cross-functional technical and commercial support initiatives. This role provides platform support, oversees technical issue resolution, advances fulfillment and customer support priorities, develops commercial offerings and solutions, and contributes to overall business and operational performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute projects focused on growth and expansion in the third-party segment.
Support and lead strategic initiatives on parts and pricing strategies, digital technology enhancements, and expansion of service offerings to better serve our third party channels
Work closely with Product Management, Asset Management, Repair Development and Productivity/Cost teams to define MGPP, develop offerings, and implement growth strategy for third party segment
Manage the technical inquiry portal for third party channels from submission through resolution, ensuring timely updates and on-time delivery against customer required dates
Lead strategy and support product management for the LM1600 platform, specializing in product end of life
Support proposal development and sales for new engines and rotable offerings, along with other project driven sales opportunities with third party channels
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external customers, leading solution discussions, clarifying requirements, and driving resolution for the ASP and CRP (component repair provider customers in conjunction with relevant Aero Alliance and GE Aviation stakeholders)
Provide primary SME support to the Supply Chain Fulfillment team in resolving alternate P/N, S/B, and configuration related questions
Additional responsibilities include:
Track ASP depot engine inductions and non-OEM material usage across ASP/CRP network; define strategies for reduction of non-OEM material usage
Partner with forecasting team to align and improve induction forecasts and provisioning processes with ASPs/CRPs
Manage engineering SOWs and funding for ASP/CRP customer technical support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or related field of study from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Consulting or Commercial Function
Desired Characteristics
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aeroderivative services, or related Technical, Commercial function
Knowledge of Aeroderivative engines, modules, spare parts and repair services
Experience in aviation/industrial segment working with third party channels or revenue share partner structures
Self-directed with demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong data analytics and critical thinking skills
Experience building data driven business cases
Project management experience, self-directed with demonstrated project execution skills
Displays good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate well with internal and external customers
Demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives
Excellent interaction with and between teams and ability to learn and adapt
Understands business objectives and drives specific tasks required to meet the objectives

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,000.00 and $223,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
