El Asociado Senior apoya la implementación del Proyecto Creando Espacios de Empleabilidad (CREE 2.0), colaborando en la planificación y ejecución de actividades técnicas y comunitarias. Contribuye en la organización de procesos administrativos básicos, el seguimiento de indicadores y la preparación de reportes de avance. Trabaja en coordinación con socios del sector privado, instituciones académicas y actores locales, Participa en la sistematización de resultados y en la difusión de aprendizajes, asegurando que las actividades se desarrollen conforme a los lineamientos establecidos.
Título universitario en Administración, Economía, Ciencias Sociales, Desarrollo Internacional, Informática o áreas afines.
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en apoyo a la implementación o coordinación de proyectos de cooperación internacional
Conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades:
Apoyar en la implementación de proyectos de inclusión económica, especialmente en áreas de empleabilidad, formación técnica y cadenas de valor.
El entorno del trabajo corresponde a los departamentos de Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula y Choluteca.
