We are an in-office-first company and operate in a hybrid model (3 days from the office).

Join the team responsible for shaping how Huuuge Games titles are discovered, evaluated, and converted in the app stores. As an ASO Manager, you will own creative testing and keyword optimization processes across assigned titles, helping improve organic visibility, conversion, and store performance through data-driven decisions and continuous experimentation.

How will you make an impact with us?

  • Own creative testing processes across assigned titles, including setup, validation, tracking, documentation, and follow-up.

  • Own keyword optimization processes across assigned titles, including research, implementation, tracking, and ongoing refinement.

  • Monitor and analyze store KPIs such as CVR, installs, visibility, and organic traffic trends.

  • Analyze paid and organic traffic interactions, with particular focus on organic performance and store impact.

  • Prepare analyses and recommendation proposals based on store data, experiment results, and observed trends.

  • Identify anomalies, risks, and emerging optimization opportunities.

  • Execute metadata updates, asset uploads, and store changes accurately and on time.

  • Work closely with Creative and other stakeholders to support store experiments and asset updates.

  • Maintain structured documentation of experiments, keyword learnings, and store performance insights.

Requirements

This is the right job for you if you have:

  • Experience in ASO, mobile growth, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related analytical role.

  • Understanding of App Store and Google Play environments.

  • Understanding of key store KPIs, including CVR, installs, visibility, and organic traffic.

  • Experience with creative testing, A/B testing workflows, or experimentation processes.

  • Experience with keyword research and keyword optimization for app stores.

  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn it into clear recommendations.

  • Strong attention to detail and high operational accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple titles or priorities at once.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Creative and other stakeholders.
