Mission

Work as a ASML Tainan Factory Manufacturing intern; you can sharpen your skills in manufacturing scope, including cleanroom production line optimization and space utilization. You will also specialize in facilitating internal meetings to ensure a smooth operational process.

• Project support: Completing the tasks assigned to the team.

• Process improvement: Improving the production processes and ensuring product quality.

• Issue escalation: Assisting engineers with their daily work (issues, files).

• Task coordination: Serving as the main point of contact between the production line and developers to have the same consensus on the task.

• Communication hosting: Occasionally holding meetings with global teams to discuss issues or topics.

Role and responsibilities

• Data consolidation: Support & summarize work order performance data & data visualization (including the Cycle time (CT)/ Labour hour (LH)/ Yield rate, etc.).

• Initiatives supporting: Support and maintain 5S+1 initiatives for improvement purposes.

• Communication coordinating: Facilitate tier 1/tier 2 meeting content.

• Other Manufacturing operation related key assignments by manager.

• Combines knowledge and skills of Development & Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support in one engineering team.

• Support Manufacturing/Engineering members to complete continuous improvement tasks. To cooperate with each department for enhance quality.

Education:

Graduate or undergraduate school students with a relevant major in Physics, Materials, Optoelectronic, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics...etc.

Skills:

• Good communication & collaboration.

• Good at English reading and writing.

• Microsoft office software operation skills (e.g., Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint…etc.).

• Documentation and summary on paper skill.

• Coordination and prioritize.

Requirement:

• Working location: Tainan, Taiwan.

• Available for on-site internship from Monday to Friday with a 09:00 to 18:00 working schedule.

• Internship length: One year duration, from July 2026 to June 2027, 12 months in total.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
