Waste Pro/Stinky Pinky is growing, and we're looking for dependable, safety-focused drivers to join our team!

Open Positions:

• ASL (Automated Side Loader) Driver
• Roll-Off Driver

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (required)
• Valid CDL (Class B minimum; Class A preferred for Roll-Off if applicable)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate ASL or Roll-Off trucks safely and efficiently
• Complete daily routes while providing excellent customer service
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
• Maintain accurate route and service records

Qualifications

Special Considerations/Physical Work Requirements:

1. Physically able to push, or pull independently (unassisted) 50 pounds between 25 and 50 times a day
2. Physically able to lift independently (unassisted) 50 pounds from the ground to waist height between 25 and 50 times a day
3. Physically able to get up and down from the cab of a commercial motor vehicle between 30 and 50 times a day
4. Physically able to lift with assistance (helper) 100 pounds between 20 and 30 times a day
5. Physically able to bend at the waist and knees between 120-150 times in a day
6. Physically able to reach overhead with a reaching pole and pull down using 20 pounds of force and secure a tarp
7. Physically able to climb up to 8 feet in height to deploy a 25 pound tarp
8. Physically able to work 8 to 12 hours in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain and snow)

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
* Works in a variety of environment conditions, including wide temperature and weather variations including heat, cold, snow, rain, wind; noise and vibrations, fumes, odors and dust.
