Asistent/ka prodeje na 20h - LEGO Store - Prague Centrum (Na Příkopě)

Otevíráme novou prodejnu LEGO® – Praha Centrum (Na Příkopě)

Hledáme LEGO® nadšence, kteří se stanou členy našeho prodejního týmu v nové prodejně v centru Prahy. Představte si barevné regály plné LEGO® stavebnic, interaktivní 3D LEGO® modely, úsměv na tváři rodičů a nadšené dětské obličeje. Připadá vám to jako snové pracovní prostředí? Pak je tato pozice přesně pro vás!

Jaká bude náplň tvé práce?

  • Vřelá komunikace se zákazníky, zjišťování jejich potřeb a přání; aktivní pomoc s orientací v obchodě, aby zákazníci našli to, co potřebují; interakce s dětmi
  • Nabízení doplňkových produktů a služeb jako např. věrnostní klubová karta, vyřizování reklamací a eskalace obtížnějších požadavků vedoucí/mu prodejny
  • Spolupráce s dalšími kolegyněmi a kolegy na prodejně tak, aby si všichni zákazníci odnesli z návštěvy naší prodejny jen ty nejlepší pocity a dojmy
  • Manipulace s hotovostí a vyřizování bezhotovostních transakcí dle popsaných postupů
  • Spolupráce na vystavení našich produktů na regálech; přehled o tom, kde, co chybí a zajištění případného doplnění

  • Zkušenost z obchodu je výhodou ale ne podmínkou, důležitější je pro nás nadšení do práce se zákazníky, dětmi a našimi produkty
  • Výborné komunikační a organizační dovednosti
  • Schopnost učit se pracovním postupům a procesům, zájem o sledování novinek v našem portfoliu
  • Velmi pokročilá znalost češtiny, znalost angličtiny je výhodou
  • Základní dovednosti na počítači na úrovni běžného uživatele

Workplace - When you join the team you'll be assigned a primary workplace location i.e. one of our Offices, stores or factories.
