Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un(a) Asistente Social responsable de promover el bienestar integral de nuestros colaboradores y sus familias, mediante la ejecución de programas sociales, preventivos y de clima laboral alineados a los objetivos de la organización.
Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran:
• Diseñar y ejecutar programas educativos, promocionales y culturales dirigidos al personal y sus familias.
• Brindar soporte técnico en temas de bienestar social a las diferentes áreas de la organización.
• Realizar diagnósticos sociales y económicos de la población laboral
• Desarrollar estrategias orientadas a minimizar la rotación de personal y fortalecer el clima laboral.
• Coordinar y supervisar la atención del Programa de Seguro Médico Asistencial.
• Organizar campañas y jornadas de salud preventiva.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento del SIG en materia de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
• Licenciado(a) en Trabajo Social.
• Experiencia mínima de 02 años en puestos similares.
• Conocimiento en sistemas pensionarios, prestaciones económicas y trámites administrativos.
• Conocimiento en IPERC, IAAS y manejo de residuos.
• Conocimiento en primeros auxilios.
• Conocimiento del Sistema Integrado de Gestión y normativa de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
• Habilidades de comunicación, empatía, organización y trabajo en equipo.
