Job Description

• Support Day-to-day accounting activities
• Support Accounts Receivable and Payable local activities
• Generate financial or accounting reports from system
• Analyze the transactions with a deeply detail in the most important lines in P&L

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting & Finance

• Download financial Actuals, forecasts and budgets reports
• Generate invoices and Electronic payment receipts for clients inside side business (Coppel, Liverpool, etc.)
• Deeply Track accounts receivable and deductions for each customer in side business
• Establish regular financial results of HK and China; ensure they are analyzed, commented and reported according to the corporate and local requirements
• Create invoices in Ariba and help internal users with AP reports
• Tracking travel expenses:
• LATAM expenses to be reclassified to Headquarter entity
• Local NSO expenses to be booked properly at month end
• Generate information reports for external entities: INEGI & ANTAD
• Help with the working papers used in budget process
• Support annual Social Security audit: reconciling accounts, consolidate accounting and finance information required
• Reconcile rent payments doubts
• Update stores database (contracts, rents, sq mts, etc.)
• SAT (local Tax Authority) reports:
• Create new branch notification
• Proof of fiscal situation for each legal entity when requires
• Opinion of compliance with Tax obligations
• Support Fiscal Tax audits and reviews: reconcile analyze the information shared with AE Fiscal bureau
• Support monthly activities:
• Accruals
• JE proper booked
• Manual payment report
• Expenses reports (Marketing, Maintenance, Supplies, Travel, Corporate Credit Card, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• 1-2 year experience
• Exposure to general ledger systems
• Experience with large multi-national companies preferable
• English fluent
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in different areas: Accounting, Tax, AP, AR preferable.
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Proficiency MS Office Suite & Outlook
