Objetivo del Puesto:
Es responsable de documentar el trámite, para efectos aduanales, toda la mercancía que se requiere ser importada de manera temporal, cumpliendo con la normatividad aduanera vigente; así como coordinar la logística para su cruce y entrega a planta.

Responsabilidades:
Validación de mercancía, que el material cuente con clasificación.
Programación de unidades para la importación.
Validación de manifiestos de importación.
Alta de números de parte en el sistema de control de inventarios.
Seguimiento de material in bond.
Solicitar fracciones arancelarias a agente aduanal mexicano y equipo de Compliance de Corporativo de material que no se encuentre clasificado.
Preparar interfase para elaboración de factura de importacion y enviarla a los agentes aduanales.
Seguimiento de logística nacional.
Seguimiento y control de métricos de importación.
Notificar a las áreas interesadas en caso de retrasos por parte de la operación.
Revisión de facturas de cargos del transportista para autorización al área de finanzas.
Llevar métrico de desempeño del transportista y de la evaluación de servicios al cliente interno.
Manejo de Excel para elaboración de reportes y tablas dinámicas.
Cumplir con los requerimientos de EH&S.
Cumplir con los requerimientos de ITC.
Cumplimiento con su skill matrix

Perfil del puesto deseado:
Nivel académico: Universitario
Especialidad o carrera: Licenciado en comercio internacional o carrera a fin.
Experiencia mínima requerida: 1 año de experiencia en puesto similar, conocimiento en materia aduanal: manejo del sistema del Anexo 24, conocimiento del Anexo 22 y artículo 36 de la Ley Aduanera, Programa IMMEX
