¿Cuál será tu impacto?
Coordinar agendas, reuniones y actividades de la Dirección.
Gestionar viajes, reservaciones, gastos, reembolsos, anticipos y pagos.
Coordinar el onboarding de posiciones gerenciales, subdirecciones y direcciones.
Dar seguimiento a presupuestos, órdenes de compra, contratos y proveedores.
Facilitar la comunicación con equipos locales, regionales y corporativos.
