Asistente
Contable Financiero

📍 Guayaquil

En MSC Ecuador
buscamos un(a) Asistente Contable Financiero que contribuya al correcto
funcionamiento de los procesos contables y financieros de la compañía,
asegurando el registro oportuno de transacciones, el control de cuentas por
pagar y el cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias y financieras.

Principales responsabilidades:

Gestionar y registrar facturas de
proveedores y documentos electrónicos.
Elaborar reporte de compras mensual y
su ATS.
Dar seguimiento a procesos de cuentas
por pagar y flujos de pago.
Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y
conciliaciones contables.
Gestionar retenciones y documentación
tributaria ante SRI y EDOC.
Registrar transacciones y
documentación en SAP, Dynamics y otros sistemas financieros.
Participar
en cierres contables mensuales.
Preparar información para auditorías
internas y externas.
Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes
financieros y contables.

Qualifications and Experience:
Perfil
requerido
✅ Estudios universitarios culminados o en
curso en Contabilidad y Auditoría (CPA), Finanzas, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración
de Empresas o carreras afines.
✅ Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en posiciones
relacionadas con contabilidad, cuentas por pagar, control financiero, control
de costos, presupuestos y análisis financiero.
✅ Conocimientos en:
SAP,
Dynamics.
Elaboración de ATS
Manejo de documentos electrónicos SRI
y EDOC.
Conciliaciones
bancarias.
Retenciones
tributarias.
Procesos de cuentas por pagar.
✅Excel intermedio.
✅ Inglés intermedio
