About the role

Responsible for leading and coordinating the introduction of new ASIC-based products from engineering through to volume production. Acting as the key link between engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate combines strong project management skills with an analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving to drive successful product launches and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring a smooth transition from engineering development into volume production.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables while aligning cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure effective communication and execution.

• Analyze technical and operational challenges, identify root causes, and drive problem-solving activities to maintain project momentum.

• Support the definition, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and production readiness for new ASIC products.

• Monitor key performance indicators related to product introduction, quality, yield, and operational efficiency, and initiate corrective actions where required.

• Ensure all project milestones, documentation, and production requirements are completed in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product launch performance and manufacturing effectiveness.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Experience in project management, NPI, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering within a semiconductor, ASIC, or high-tech environment.

• Good understanding of ASIC products and the process of bringing new products into volume production.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and drive solutions across teams.

• Experience working with quality and industry standards, preferably in automotive, medical, or industrial applications

• Hands-on, proactive communicator who can effectively coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and keep projects on track.
