Join the Global Customer Services – Asia Pacific Supply Chain (GCS-APSC) team as an AP Supply Chain Country and Inventory Operations Specialist In this role, you will support country operations and inventory management across the Asia Pacific region by ensuring efficient order management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in improving operational performance while delivering excellent customer service and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage day-to-day Order Management, Logistics, and Inventory Operations activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth country operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning and stock movement.
  • Support country-specific operational requirements and compliance activities.
  • Process transactions and maintain operational data using SAP.
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support process documentation and recommend operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, planning, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Assist in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Resolve operational issues while ensuring service level commitments are achieved.
  • Support inventory visibility, reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably:
    • Business Administration
    • Management Accounting
    • Accounting
    • Engineering
    • Related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in:
    • Order Management
    • Logistics
    • Inventory Management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Project Management experience is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
