Job Description

, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Define and execute marketing strategies aligned with global brand with full ownership of local execution
• Establish and manage close working relationships with influencers, creators, esports figures, media, and community partners to drive sustained product visibility and brand credibility
• Collaborate with sales teams to create sales enablement tools and promotional materials for channel partners
• Plan and execute go-to-market and product launch activities, coordinating with global teams, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Partner with cross-functional and local teams to improve conversion tracking, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance across channels and markets
• Manage influencer programs, media reviews, and awards tracking, ensuring timely execution and clear reporting of coverage
• Analyze performance across channels, campaigns, and regional markets to identify growth opportunities, continuously optimizing and refining marketing strategies based on performance insights to drive measurable sales growth and business impact

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Action-oriented self-starter with the ability to own marketing initiatives end to end
• 7+ years of experience in marketing roles within the Sim Racing, gaming, motorsports industries
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and branding, with established knowledge of and connections, including influencers, media, and gaming communities
• Proven experience leading product launches, go-to-market execution, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance / ROI
• Ability to work cross-functionally with regional teams, local marketing teams, sales teams, creators, and external partners in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Be fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure and able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks with tight deadlines
• Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results
