The Asia Indirect Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories (e.g., IT, HR services, facilities, marketing, professional services) within the Asia region. This role drives cost optimization, supplier performance, and compliance with global procurement policies while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies aligned with global category strategies
Manage end-to-end sourcing (RFx, negotiation, contracting) across indirect categories
Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver annual productivity targets
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships across Asia
Lead supplier evaluation, selection, and performance management (KPIs, SLAs)
Drive supplier innovation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
Partner with business leaders (Finance, HR, IT, Operations) to understand requirements
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on sourcing strategies and market insights
Manage cross-functional alignment across multiple countries
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and governance (e.g., Ariba, ERP systems)
Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial and legal terms
Mitigate risks related to supply continuity, legal, and regulatory requirements
Manage sourcing activities across multiple Asia countries (SEA, India, China, etc.)
Drive standardization, process improvements, and best practices across the region
Support transformation initiatives (digital procurement, automation, analytics)
Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation targets
Monitor spend analytics and identify optimization opportunities
Report sourcing performance to regional/global leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
8–15+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in MNC environment
Strong experience in indirect sourcing and regional (Asia) exposure
Proven track record in cost savings and supplier negotiations
Experience with procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, SAP)
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Stakeholder management across cultures and seniority levels
