The Role:
We are looking for teaching assistants who can work flexibly in different year groups across the school. We are looking to recruit positive and proactive teaching assistants who are able to provide strong class support alongside effective 1:1 or small group support.
There is an opportunity for graduate candidates to be considered for a teaching apprenticeship, after they have worked with us as a successful teaching assistant.

What we are looking for:
Excellent practitioners with a passion for learning who are capable of building good relationships with children, staff and families.
People who are proactive, creative and enjoy working with individuals and as part of a team.
People who are able to assess a child’s needs and suggest appropriate tasks and strategies accordingly.
People who can show initiative and are willing to play an active part in the life of the whole school.
Salary Details:
Actual salary approx £ 24,000 per annum.
TA - APT & C Scale 3, Term time only, 39 weeks per year, 31.25 hours per week (8.50am to 3.35pm). We can also offer 22 hours a week (8.50am to 1.15 pm).
