WhatYou’llDo

  • Replenish and restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies throughout the shift.

  • Assistbartenders with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts or events.

  • Prepare garnishes such as lemon, lime, and orange wedges, as well as other drink essentials like cherries and olives.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by washing and drying glassware, wiping down surfaces, and removing trash regularly.

  • Keep the bar organized, ensuring tools, equipment, and supplies are easily accessible.

  • Clear dirty glasses and empty drinkware from guest tables and bar counters.

  • Monitor stock levels and alert bartenders or management when supplies are running low.

  • Provide friendlyassistanceto guests with basic requests or questions.

  • Support bartenders during peak hours to ensuretimelydelivery of food & beverages.

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for beverage handling and bar cleanliness.

  • Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and regulations.

  • Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing 75 pounds or more to support bar operations.

  • Ability to perform continual bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume bar environment.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

Your Experience Includes

  • Previous experience as a Barback in a high volume, upscale Hotel or free-standing lounge environment is preferred.

  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining efficiency and accuracy under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
