Boulder County Community Services is seeking to hire an ASF Shift Supervisor. The position reports to an Operations Supervisor who reports to the Operations Manager. This position supervises clients and is responsible for all operational and security elements at The Joe Pelle Center. The Joe Pelle Center is a 252-bed alternative sentencing facility that houses non-residential and residential sentencing programs utilized in Boulder County. We are seeking an excited, progressive, creative, innovative and inspired individual who can demonstrate the Community Justice Services values of Courage, Compassion, and Connection and deliver high-quality services to clients at the Joe Pelle Center.
This is a full-time, benefited position. This position will generally work Wednesday-Saturday, 2p.m.-12a.m. There may be times where coverage is needed outside of the regularly scheduled shift and this team members will be asked to support with shift coverage. This is a 24/7/365-day facility. This position will work at Boulder County Joe Pelle Center 3260 Airport Road Boulder, CO 80301. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position is exempt.
Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.
Hiring Salary Range: $70,428.00 - $85,908.00 Annually (This position may be eligible for shift differential)
New employees receive an 80-hour bank of vacation at the time of hire, in addition to 8 hours of both vacation and medical leave accruals each month(Must not have been employed at Boulder County during the 12 months prior to re-hire date to qualify).Boulder County offers bountiful benefits, including pension contributions.
