Sales Representative
Drive sustainable business growth by identifying, developing, and consolidating customers, establishing strategic commercial agreements, detecting clinical and commercial needs, and building customized growth plans that integrate product, marketing, and training solutions, aligned with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Drive territory growth by identifying and prospecting new customers, expanding market share, negotiating trade agreements, and consistently meeting sales targets in both value and unit volume.
Evaluate customer potential and needs to develop tailored growth plans, coordinate internal marketing and training support, and monitor performance with ongoing strategy adjustments.
Generate and analyze sales reports (sell-in/sell-out), identify growth opportunities, assess customer trends, and manage quarterly forecasts and pipeline activity.
Build long-term, trust-based client relationships while representing the company professionally through business engagements, events, and the promotion of strategic initiatives and campaigns.
Ensure adherence to commercial policies, pricing and discount structures, and uphold the company’s code of ethics in all business activities
More about you:
Further Requirements: availability to travel,valid driver’s license and high mobility within the assigned territory. Good presentation and excellent service attitude.
