We're looking for an Ascent Operations Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll serve as a critical cross-functional partner supporting Ascent's strategic and operational execution. You'll drive planning, coordination, communication, and process optimization across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, and Field Operations, helping ensure key initiatives move forward efficiently and effectively.
This is a highly collaborative role for a detail-oriented, systems-minded problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.
Own and manage the Ascent planning calendar, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and met across stakeholder groups.
Partner with leaders across departments to streamline workflows, define KPIs, and lead process improvement initiatives that support scalability and efficiency.
Act as the operational "glue" between teams by facilitating ongoing updates, documentation, and meeting cadences with corporate and franchise stakeholders.
Develop, consolidate, and present executive-level reporting on key initiatives, metrics, and project outcomes.
Lead cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives including technology implementations, vendor or product rollouts, and cost optimization efforts.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance and organizational alignment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a similar role.
Proven experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and execution.
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, franchise, or consumer products environments.
Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Executive-level communication and presentation experience.
