  4. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure that all work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards related to asbestos, lead, and water damage restoration.

    • Maintain accurate records of the work performed, including inspection reports, safety data sheets (SDS), abatement logs, and waste disposal documentation.

    • Ensure clients are informed of the process, and provide updates as work progresses.

  5. Safety Protocols:

    • Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while conducting inspections, removals, and restorations.

    • Keep up to date with safety training and certifications related to asbestos, lead, and water damage restoration.

    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment for both the team and the property’s occupants.

  6. Customer Service:

    • Interact professionally with property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Provide customers with clear and thorough explanations of the restoration and remediation process, expected timelines, and safety procedures.

    • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction with the restoration work.

Qualifications:

  • Certification and Training:

    • Asbestos Abatement Certification (e.g., EPA, state, or local certification).

    • Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Certification.

    • Water damage restoration certification (e.g., IICRC, or equivalent).

    • OSHA 10/30 or other relevant safety training is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in asbestos and lead abatement, water damage restoration, and hazardous material remediation.

    • Familiarity with environmental hazards and regulations regarding asbestos, lead, and water damage restoration.

    • Experience working with containment, decontamination, and air filtration systems.

  • Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and regulatory procedures.

    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    • Ability to operate restoration and abatement equipment safely and effectively.
