The scope of products spans across all brands of BYD, which fall under the responsibility of BYD Automotive GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing technical training to the BYD network and its technicians
- Support the project of developing and then running the BYD Training Academy
- The Training Academy shall also serve as lighthouse BYD workshop, demonstrating the 100% BYD service experience. Repairing and Servicing external as well as internal customers shall help this lighthouse service location to become also a center of technological excellence
- Support the organization of training courses, participant management, supplier support, etc
- Apply latest training and knowledge-management tools and technology
- Planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners.
- Develop and manage training curriculum for all BYD related Aftersales roles in the market
- Closely collaborate with other AS departments to ensure the proper coverage of training topics
- Create and hold online training sessions when necessary and support creation of e-learnings and or webinars and tutorial videos
- Work closely together with all other BYD Automotive departments
- Ensure on site support during product launches, fairs and other events where product support is required.
- Ensure that global BYD standards are being adapted and trained within expected timeframe
Qualifications:
- Strong automotive technical management background
- Experience in training activities and workshop operations desirable
- Minimum Bachelors degree or similar in a technical/engineering field of study
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
