Opportunity Overview:

As an AR/VR Intern, you will:

  • Develop an Augmented Reality (AR) training package with real life production environments
  • Be part of the team to develop immersive AR training solutions for the frontline service Engineers

Integration of AR Scenario Training

  • Transform real life production issues into interactive AR training scenarios
  • Simulate equipment faults, troubleshooting, and various setup consequences to allows user to apply their decision-making skills.
  • Enhance learning through experiential and scenario-based training
  • Reduce risk by enabling safe, virtual practice environments

Technical Skill Development

  • AR tools: Unity, AR platforms (e.g., HoloLens, mobile AR)
  • Understanding of production systems and workflows

Value to Organization

  • Deliver data-driven insights for better decision-making
  • Create innovative AR training content for scalable learning
  • Improve onboarding and upskilling efficiency
