Job Description

The Artwork Process Coordinator is an organized and detailed-oriented individual, who will be leading the development and execution on multiple projects with a clear focus on ensuring they are executed on time and in full. Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize workload, have strong communication skills, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish strong working relationships with Key Retailer brand teams, Package Design agencies and external vendors to manage initiatives through to completion on time and in full.
  • Lead the artwork approval process through the internal functional areas and our customers to ensure all projects are on time and meet specifications.
  • Work collaboratively and establish strong working relationships with cross functional teams including PLM, Sales, Regulatory, Product Development, Sourcing, and the Business Development Teams to provide status updates and follow up in the management of all projects.
  • Gathering and guide direction for the organization and development of product images/shots, and creating descriptions for a Central Data Bank management system.
  • Ability to plan, compile, filter and categorize marketing assets for our internal brand.
  • Comfortable in presenting updates to stakeholders.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Packaging Artwork related field.
  • Familiarity with artwork design and printing processes is an asset.
  • Experience in Private Label & Brand management is an asset.
  • Experience with project management is an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of file management and storage ie. Photo files, presentations, and PDF.
  • Clear communication skills along with a positive attitude.
