The Position:

As an Artwork Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing artwork development processes and ensuring the accuracy and readiness of material data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead artwork of package development activities in Organon and collaborate closely with markets, production, and the Artwork Centre to ensure timely, customer-focused delivery of artwork as well as bill of materials (product structure) management.
• Maintain accurate SAP master data, including creation, maintenance, and obsolescence of materials.
• Monitor material activation readiness and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material codes are available for use in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to ensure artworks, bill of materials, and master data are effectively managed and successfully transitioned into the supply process.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, or
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and critical thinking are welcome to apply.
• Preferably have experience/knowledge in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries, especially in a GMP working environment.
• Preferably have experience/knowledge in SAP master data management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Language proficiency : Native in Bahasa Indonesian and Business level in English
