SoundOn is TikTok's all-in-one music distribution and creator growth platform, empowering artists and labels to build audiences across TikTok and beyond. As Artists & Labels Partnership Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-value artist and label partners — driving revenue, market share growth, and long-term retention within our ecosystem.
- Lead and execute label management strategy, setting clear business targets and owning measurable outcomes across your portfolio.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for prioritized artists and labels — overseeing uploads, moderation, distribution, and promotional execution with proactive day-to-day support.
- Structure and negotiate partnership deals (distribution agreements, catalog acquisitions, upsells) using data-driven frameworks tied to revenue potential and platform performance.
- Deliver regular business reviews and strategic coaching on release planning, content strategy, and platform best practices; keep clients informed of new features, campaigns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with A&R, BD, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution from deal signing through campaign delivery.
- Design and maintain scalable playbooks, classification frameworks, and capacity management tools to optimize team operations.
- Oversee contract signing, renewal timelines, and payment follow-through.
