Job Description

We are looking for an Art Teacher for a K12 school in Hangzhou. This position is starting from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026.

This international school, located in Fuyang district in Hangzhou, spans 140,000 square meters and offers education from kindergarten to high school for up to 3,000 students. With a strong emphasis on multilingual learning and interdisciplinary education, it nurtures students with a solid academic foundation and artistic excellence.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subjects of Art to students in middle and high school and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Assist with Open Days and Demo classes

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years related teaching experience
• Excellent communications skills
