Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day production across all art projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met
• Manage capacity planning and workload distribution across the team to optimize utilization and efficiency
• Work closely with Project Managers to align on timelines, priorities, and delivery plans
• Collaborate with Associate Art Directors to ensure creative quality and execution feasibility
• Lead estimation and scoping for new and ongoing projects with input from AADs and Art Manager
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps, and drive timely resolution
• Ensure adherence to established SOPs, workflows, and QA processes across all projects
• Monitor project progress and team performance, providing regular updates to the Art Manager
• Drive continuous improvement in production workflows, tools, and team efficiency
• Support onboarding and enablement of new team members from a production and process standpoint

• 4+ years of experience in production or operations management within an art, creative, or digital environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including PMs, creatives, and leadership
• Strong organizational and project tracking skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume production environments
• Experience in building or enforcing workflows, SOPs, and QA processes
• Comfortable working with clients or internal stakeholders when needed
