Job Description

We’re looking for a hands on Art Director who can connect business strategy, audience insights, and creative execution to develop bold creative concepts and execute them directly, creating work that captures attention, resonates with audiences, and drives engagement.

This is not a traditional role. If you’re looking for a predictable, routine driven position — this is not it.

We’re looking for someone who thinks differently, challenges the expected, and pushes creative boundaries. Someone who can translate dopay’s innovative positioning into fresh, non conventional ideas, visuals, and executions that stand out.

This role is where strategic thinking meets hands-on creativity. You’ll own the creative journey from concept to execution — developing campaigns, shaping content, designing visuals, producing and directing videos, and leveraging AI tools to push creative possibilities beyond the limits of a lean team.

What you’ll own

Requirements

• 6+ years of creative experience, including leading Art/creative direction and hands on production in digital-first environments.
• A strong portfolio covering campaigns, branding, social content, video, motion, and offline brand experiences.
• Ability to develop bold concepts and execute independently, with strong design, video editing, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of audience personas and platform-specific creative across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with examples of improving organic reach or engagement.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
• Video editing & motion design
• Practical AI experience in creative production (i.e Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Runway, and Higgsfield) , with clear examples of your workflows and results.
• Understanding of Egyptian audiences and Arabic and English communications, including the ability to assess copy for clarity, tone, and visual potential.
• Great communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge briefs, explain creative decisions, and guide contributors.
• A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver in a lean, fast paced team.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or brands serving both businesses and consumers is a plus.
