Tombras, an independent, 600+ person, full-service advertising agency is searching for an Art Director to join our Creative Team.

You’ll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA. Relocation assistance may be provided.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, art direct and find a visual voice for our clients
• Partner with a copywriter to come up with killer Video, social and digital campaigns
• Maintain design standards and contribute to the evolution of standards
• Execute and add to ideas developed by others
• Work within a defined process and keep all work organized according to agency standards and client expectations

What you bring:

• A strong portfolio trumps experience & education nine times out of ten but it is a plus if you have 3+ years of ad agency experience, related work experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Portfolio with a strong foundation to build upon (tv, digital, social, print) and evokes emotion and brand voice
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud programs
• Desire and willingness to learn, grow, and be mentored by senior team members across disciplines
• Ability to recognize creative ideas and see them through to completion
• You have an Independent spirit, entrepreneurial attitude, and a drive for innovation
• An attitude of positivity and exploration
• You’re a culture junkie who loves a good idea
• Desire to create award winning advertising with a team of highly motivated creatives.
• Desire to learn from senior creatives and collaborate enthusiastically with junior creatives
