Objectives of This Role:
In this role you will be responsible for dreaming up and designing visually compelling work to delight our clients and deliver real value for their customers. Now that we’ve said the obvious, here’s the skinny. You often surprise people with ideas they think they could have thought of but didn’t. You tinker, you imagine, you experiment and you have the savvy to know when to reel it in. Your ideas are big and your executions exquisite.
What It Takes
2–4 years of graphic design experience.
Outstanding design aesthetic with a range of styles and approaches to suit the task at hand.
Experience in digital as well as traditional print media.
AI Tool Proficiency: Proven ability to wield AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance and amplify abstract concepts into compelling visuals.
Expert knowledge of core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
Capacity to work seamlessly across departments and collaborate without ego.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Know-How
Agency experience is a plus.
