We're hiring on behalf of a leading hospitality group known for building some of the regions most-loved dining concepts- From lifestyle-focused cafés to high-energy dining spots, each concept is designed to spark community, loyalty, and culture.

They're looking for an Art Director to join their team in the UAE.

Job Purpose:

Were looking for an Art Director with the perfect blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and commercial understanding someone who not only has an exceptional eye for design but knows how to turn ideas into impactful brand experiences.

This person will take creative concepts from vision to execution: defining the visual direction, selecting the right artistic elements, guiding the design team, reviewing and approving deliverables, and overseeing timelines and budgets. Most importantly, they'll be a source of inspiration elevating the work while staying open to inspiration from the team around them.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work with other members of the creative team to evaluate the brands needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for cohesive and effective campaigns.

-Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience to ideate and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

-Responsible for all pre-production meetings for projects and campaigns.

-Produce initial mood boards, presentations, storyboards, content direction, art layouts based on creative visions & ideas.

-Present completed ideas to MDs, brand partners & creative team members.

-Develop the overall style of a project and communicate it to the team.

-Selects, review and approve which design, visual art, or other elements to use.

-Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines, ensuring schedules are accurate and realistic.

-Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and creative team members and provide directions to bring concepts, presentations and ideas to life.

-Conduct research to understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.

-Work full-time hours in flexible shifts, which may include weekends and evenings depending on when events & meetings are scheduled or to meet deadlines.

Education:

-Bachelors degree in Fine arts, communications technology or any related education.

Requirements: 

-Proven experience overseeing art direction within the hospitality industry.

-Based in the UAE or ready to relocate to the UAE.
