Own and evolve BJAK’s visual identity across all touchpoints — from layout, typography, and motion to full-funnel campaigns
Translate business, product, and marketing objectives into strong creative concepts and clear visual systems
Develop scalable visual frameworks that work across markets, platforms, and formats
Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, product, performance, print, and emerging channels
Balance long-term brand building with fast, high-impact execution
Be deeply involved in the work — from concepting and design to final execution
Produce and refine high-impact creative for key campaigns and initiatives
Design and improve creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scale
Use performance data, feedback, and testing to iterate and improve creative output
Stay current with design, branding, and content trends to keep BJAK sharp and relevant
Lead, mentor, and elevate a small, high-performing creative team
Set a high bar for craft, clarity, and speed — even under tight timelines
Review and give clear, actionable feedback to continuously raise quality
Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Lead by example — confident, hands-on, and close to the work
Care deeply about visual storytelling, clarity, and brand consistency
Are highly hands-on and comfortable moving fast without compromising quality
Lead confidently, but don’t hide behind delegation
Perform well in ambiguity and don’t need rigid playbooks
Take ownership end-to-end and focus on real impact, not just delivery
Push back against average work and consistently raise the bar
Manage multiple projects while staying structured and focused
Communicate clearly, give honest feedback, and take feedback with maturity
Want to build something meaningful — at speed, at scale, and with purpose
6-10 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership
A strong portfolio showcasing visual systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work
Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content
Experience guiding designers and improving output through hands-on feedback
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
